There is no official HIPAA certification, so we don’t claim one. Instead, here are the safeguards behind our compliance.
Encrypted at rest
Your practice’s database and file storage are encrypted at rest.
Encrypted in transit
Data is encrypted in transit at every step, from the recording device to our servers and the AI services that process it.
Audio deleted after 30 days
Audio recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can download and keep copies if your practice prefers.
Not used for training
We don’t train AI models on your consults.
Role-based access
Admins and members each see what their role needs.
Audit logs
Audit logs record access to patient information.
